For non-serviceable pincodes, you'll be responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse, and we'll provide you with Rs. 100 towards the shipping charges with your refund.

We take missing items in return orders very seriously, and that's why we have a policy in place to protect our customers. If you claim to have returned multiple products, but our pickup team doesn't collect all the said items, we reserve the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from your refund amount. This policy also extends to promotional products, including free gifts and silver coins.
